Everybody's got a story to tell, here's a short version of ours!
Strawberry Sadness was formed during the spring 2005 as a duo consisting of Caroline Ingeberg and Angelo Cannavo.
By June 2005 Strawberry Sadness had achieved being named Ukas Urørt by Norwegian national radio channel NRK P3. This gave them a lot of confidence and let to an exiting fall that included a music video shoot, a lot of songwriting and planning, as well as great response from the media and the public.
With the radio single "Taking My Breath Away" Strawberry Sadness got extensive radio play on various stations, mainly NRK P3, but also several local radio stations. They came in 2nd in the Årets Urørt final, but had by then recieved a lot of attention for their catchy single.
This was of course not satisfying for the duo, who had ambitions of becoming a full-fledged live band that could get out there and play great gigs for their audience! This will happen, and you will soon know where if you continue to visit the Tour dates-section.
Strawberry Sadness greets 2006 welcome armed with great confidence, optimism, enthusiasm and crystal clear ambitions! Yes!
